FINALS WEEk ::
This week is finals week, please study the terms related to your class. Final projects are also due. Reminder: You have 2 -3 weeks for each missing assignment that is due. When the assignment is late, points wil be deducted.
MIDTERM GRADES POSTED THIS WEEK ::
Midterm grades were posted this week for everyone enrolled in one of the above classes. Please logon to OLS and view your grade. If you're grade is low, it is due to attendance and or you are missing assignments. Remember, it is stated in the syllabus for my class that a letter grade of D is not considered passing. Please do whatever you need to do to get your assignments in. You have TWO WEEKS to get an assignment into me, after this two weeks, late work will not be accepted.
If you are getting a grade of D or below in the class, I will be sending you an email of the assignments that you are missing. It is my way of helping you out. Please take advantage of this and use this as a check for how you are progressing.
NOTE: If you didn't notice, I'm still overcoming a cold, so the information posted this week will be brief and will be mostly homework assigned. I'll start putting more inormation up as I have more energy. Thanks for your understanding guys.
HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS ::
• YES, There WILL BE classes Friday Veteran's Day November 11. Plan on coming to school.
• NO, There WILL BE NO classes over the Thanksgiving Holiday. November 24, 25, 26 & 27. Have a safe break everyone, and take it easy on the giblets and gravy.

There will be Saturday classes the following day.
Picnic Reschedule :: Moved to Monday 8/25
Because of the weather, the Ai Picnic has been rescheduled for Monday 8/25. Classes held on Tuesday Oct. 17 will be in session. The picnic will be at Sunset Park from 10 - 7 pm, see you there.
OCTOBER DATES TO KNOW:

Weds. Oct. 25-27 Career Services Resume Workshop 12 -1.
Fri. Oct. 28: Nevada Day NO SCHOOL for Friday Classes.

School begins Monday Oct. 3. My classes begin on Wednesday Oct. 5. This section of the site will be used to post messages that pertain to all of my classes. To review what we covered in your particular class, click your class up above. The column to the left shows my schedule, I may be reached during the breaks of those scheduled class sessions.
If you need to hand in work, please drop it off during one of my classes.

Welcome Everyone :: Stay the Course!
Stay the course and hold on to that feeling for wanting to live your life as a creative. There is no other feeling like it. Remember however, that anything worth having will require all that you are. You can do it and your remember that your power is in your persistence. Work hard, manage your time, do your best and HAVE FUN!
